Replacement of water filters; cleaning exterior coils in appliances and HVAC systems; spring clean up; cleaning of gutters; replacement of batteries in carbon monoxide and smoke detectors; cleaning of ceiling fans.
HVAC Systems and Furnaces (We do not service the refrigeration system or components)
Cleaning coils, filters, & components; replacement of filters; condensate pumps; we occasionally repair furnaces.
Electric and Gas Water Heaters
Annual flushing/purging of water tanks; replacement of heating elements; repair of water heaters.
Home Appliance Repair
Small appliances; clothes washers; clothes dryers; stoves/ranges/ovens/cooktops; we occasionally repair dishwashers and refrigerators
We offer to winterize your property if you plan to leave for an extended period of time and/or de-winterize your property prior to your return.
Minor Electrical, and Plumbing Repairs
-Replacement and/or repair of light fixtures, outlets, switches, etc.
-Replacement and/or repair of easy to access plumbing drains and faucets.
