Residential Hospitality

Imagine the delight of arriving at your vacation rental or second home, finding it fully stocked with groceries, toiletries, firewood, and other comforting amenities. The ambiance would be precisely as you desire, with curtains drawn back to let the warm sun filter in, and fresh flowers adorning the table. Unpacking your suitcase would be the only task left before fully embracing your relaxing vacation. Pintler Property Services proudly presents Residential Hospitality, an exceptional service dedicated to preparing your home meticulously before your arrival, enabling you to focus solely on savoring every moment of your well-deserved leisure time.

Hospitality Services Offered:

  • Interior Items

    We will plug in appliances, make sure refrigerators & freezers are cooling, stock the home with requested groceries & toiletries, place flowers, set the home’s heating/cooling system to the desired settings, place personal items around the house, turn on fans, and open windows and/or coverings.

  • Exterior Items

    We can stock the home with firewood, charcoal, and propane. We will place outdoor furniture, umbrellas, fireplaces, and grills.

    Pintler Property Services is happy to assist with additional requests as well. If you would like us to take care of something that isn’t listed above, be sure to let us know what you would like us to do. We will do our best to accommodate you.


  • Rates & Invoicing

    For our residential hospitality services, we charge an hourly rate of $60/hr plus the cost of any items we purchase at your request. A deposit of $300 is required and applied towards the hourly rate and expenses. We do not upcharge for items purchased. Please know that the deposit amount could change if there are any special requests or additional services.

    Upon completion of services, you will receive an itemized invoice with the balance due upon receipt. We will also include copies of any receipts for purchases made. If your deposit covers the cost of all expenses, we will issue a refund for the amount overpaid.

  • Communication

    If we notice something we feel needs to be addressed while we are at your property we will document the situation and discuss it with you. It is our policy to seek your written approval for any and all purchases and work performed on the property. Written communication will be through email or text, whichever you prefer.

What we don’t do:

  • Cook or prepare food
  • Provide housekeeping/cleaning services
  • Laundry services

We Value Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not discuss our client’s private property or personal matters with others. Your property is for your enjoyment and we want to keep it that way. We are accustomed to non-disclosure agreements and will use them if requested.
