RENTAL & MOVE-IN/OUT INSPECTIONS
What to expect from your inspection.
Pintler Property Services provides thorough inspections of rental properties prior to tenants moving in or after moving out to document any repair or maintenance concerns need to be addressed. Our certified home inspectors strictly adhere to or exceed the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association. We are trained to identify defects and provide an accurate overview of your rental property. We are happy to work with tenants in order to schedule inspections.
After the property is inspected, you will receive an email with a link to our detailed and easy-to-read report. The report uses images, video, and comments to disclose any issues that need to be addressed.
