How does the proposal process work?

1. After you contact us, we will send you a questionnaire for you to fill out and return. Be as detailed as possible when completing the form. We use the details you provide to construct the inspection proposal.

   Once we receive the questionnaire back from you will send you we will respond with a proposal.

2. Once the proposal is accepted, we will initiate the scheduling process by offering dates and times; after you accept a timeslot, we will add you to our calendar.

3. The calendar will trigger a text and email letting you know there are time-sensitive tasks to complete on your inspection portal.

   You must sign all inspection agreements and pay for the inspection in full within 24 hours of receiving the text and email alert.
